under IBM's small business services. PartnerWorld for software supports efforts
to create new revenue and market opportunities by leveraging unique relationships
with IBM and its Business Partners. We are on board
as a software consultant. Tasked in Novermer of 2005 to support American Modern Insurance Group (AMIG)
to improve their EZ Claims systems. Successfully contracted our service to improve productivity and tranactions by 45% building a clustered Notes system
AMIG now processes claims payment to Katrina Hurricane victims more timely and with constant redundancy in place. The Cinncinati office and branch offices
have better improvement due to a team effort involving IBM professional services. Mr. Chavis was credited with finding a solution that now the IBM helpdesk will
keep in their dataase for later referrence regarding NT server enhancement as it related to Domino clustered servers with Win32 systems.
AMIG will plan to upgrade to AIX and other support needs in the coming year.
