Renaissance Systems, Inc.(RSI) will join SRI in a Mentor Protegee program. Mr. Chavis agrees to work diligently as a team member
to fill opportunities that will benefit both businesses. Mr. Chavis pledges his comittment to SRI in the venture and his teams committment as business
associates and friend to Mrs. McElrath-Slade. SRI celebrates its 20th year in business in 2008.
Renaissance Systems, Inc.(RSI) signs a Mentor Protegee agreement with Mr. Bob Daniels of MilVETS Systems Technology. Mr. Chavis agrees to work as a team member to fill opportunities that will benefit both businesses. RSI commits its support and efforts to grow opportunities both ways with MilVETS. MilVETS provides key support and guidance in building a stronger Renaissance Systems, Inc.
Also RSI enters into an agreement in principle with Brown Technology Group in Chantilly, VA. CEO Reginald Brown and James Chavis of RSI
will pool resources with Agilex Corp, Brown Technology Group has ERP Services, Reselling,and SAP support their relationships with IBM, Oracle, & Microsoft
can be a key move in todays' business market. That relationship is expected to be very helpful in RSI's future plans.
Renaissance Systems Incorporated has signed on with IBM as a software partner under IBM's small business services. PartnerWorld for software supports efforts to create new revenue and market opportunities by leveraging unique relationships with IBM and its Business Partners. We are on board
as a software consultant. Tasked in Novermer of 2005 to support American Modern Insurance Group (AMIG) to improve their EZ Claims systems. Successfully contracted our service to improve productivity and tranactions by 45% building a clustered Notes system
AMIG now processes claims payment to Katrina Hurricane victims more timely and with constant redundancy in place. The Cinncinati office and branch offices
have better improvement due to a team effort involving IBM professional services. Mr. Chavis was credited with finding a solution that now the IBM helpdesk will
keep in their dataase for later referrence regarding NT server enhancement as it related to Domino clustered servers with Win32 systems.
AMIG will plan to upgrade to AIX and other support needs in the coming year.
Renaissance Systems Incorporated (RSI) is certified as an SBA 8(a) May 2008 and MBE again with the state of Maryland through
the Maryland Department of Transportation (MDOT) #02-597. Company President James Chavis says the business is looking forward to serving
Maryland's government sector with hopeful opportunities.
Renaissance Systems Incorporated teamed with Columbia Services Group, Inc (CSG) of Chantilly, VA in 2003 to win the bid as
contractors and subcontractor on (Board Information Technology Services) BITS
II with FAA. The potential for opportunity is open for IT services and support

Renaissance Systems Incorporated supports PBSi's (MBOC) Minority Business Opportunity Center by building and maintaining their
internal server and their Missle Defense server that post data updates and conference planning sessions for the small business meetings.
Service Disabled business partner remains active in its' business dealing winning SEA-Ports GWAC this year(2008).
Bernard Smith President of VETECH-IT still has RSI as a key support for security services. Bert Harris our CIO and CISSP will
provide strategic support to VETECH-IT. Recently Mr. Smith joined Mr. Harris & Mr. Chavis in their annual summer outting this year. Mr. Smith
also has been helpful in getting a foothold in a key CIO office for C2i Solutions in Atlanta, GA.
RSI has teamed with a service disabled business to sponsor a Disabled Veterans Golf tournament.
The two (SBA/Certified Empowerment HUBzone sites) President James Chavis of RSI and Bernard Smith of VETECH,LLC. Expanding their business
cenergy marketing for a united cause. RSI provides 100 % support in the first ever Small Business

was a success. On August 19th 102 participants attended the near rained out event. VETECH and it's associates (RSI & others) raised funds for injured troops
in their first tournament at Andrews Air Force base golf course. CBS news 9 WUSA was there and aired the event.
